Bonjour encore, Oui, mais il S'agissait d'entrer dans le pays. Le site officiel des compagnies aeriennes est en general tres complet et fait quand meme reference a l'embarquement, et pour un transit il ne parle pas de traduction du passeport. Pour un francais se rendant a Tripoli, figure la mention : 'Moreover, if not holding passport printed in the Arab language, a translation in the Arab language (done by a sworn translator) of all personal passport details is required. This must be affixed to the passport.' Pour un transit a Tripoli, cette mention ne figure pas. il est tres exactement ecrit : 'Visa not required provided: continuing by same/first connecting aircraft to a third country within 24 hours; and - holding ticket with reserved seat; and not leaving the airport (no hotel available at airport). If arriving and continuing with Afriqiyah Airways, a 72 hours visa can be obtained upon arrival. Transit refused if: holding passport containing a valid or expired visa for Israel; or holding ticket showing a point in Israel.' Michel |
