L’appartement se situe près de la place du Colonel Fabien (10ème arrondissement), à proximité du quartier de Belleville, quartier très cosmopolite, vivant et populaire, près du célèbre Canal Saint Martin (5’ à pied), près d’un des plus beaux parcs de Paris, le parc des Buttes Chaumont (10’ à pied) conçu sous Napoléon III, près des nouveaux endroits branchés comme la rue Oberkampf (15’ à pied), rue Saint Maur, Place Sainte Marthe (2’ à pied), …, près du centre de Paris et du Marais (15’ avec le métro), le quartier gay de la capitale !
Dans petit appartement, situé au dernier étage (5ème) sans ascenseur d’un immeuble très calme, comprenant deux chambres dont la mienne, une cuisine équipée et une salle de douche avec WC.
La chambre donne sur une petite rue calme (exposition Est). Elle comprend un lit pour une personne, une grande table basse, deux fauteuils, un petit bureau, la TV avec lecteur DVD. Photos à la demande.
Me concernant, j’ai 30 ans, je suis juriste et je pratique des sports (running, musculation, VTT et natation). Je parle italien et un peu anglais.
Tarifs
- Une semaine (7 nuitées) 250 €
Remarques importantes : le séjour devra être acquitté en espèces, en €, à votre arrivée.
Pour les séjours d’une semaine et plus, une caution équivalente à la moitié du montant de votre séjour vous sera demandée à votre arrivée et restituée le cas échéant à la fin de votre séjour.
Les tarifs ne comprennent pas les repas, hors petit déjeuner, mais possibilité de cuisiner. Les serviettes et gants de toilette ne sont pas fournis.
Pour un séjour supérieur à un mois ou un séjour à deux personnes, me consulter.

The flat is located near Colonel Fabien square (10th district), near the Belleville, neighbourhood which is very cosmopolitan, lively and popular, near to the famous Canal Saint Martin (5’ by foot), near one of the nicest parks of Paris, the Buttes Chaumont park created by Napoléon III (10’ by foot), near new places on the move as Oberkampf street (15’ by foot), Saint Maur Street, Saint Marthe square (2’ by foot), …, near the centre of Paris and Le Marais (15’ with subway), the Paris gay aera.
In a small flat, on the last floor without a lift in a very quiet building, including two bedrooms of which mine, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and lavatory.
The bedroom is on a quiet little street (exposition East), including a bed, a large coffee table, two armchairs, a little desk, TV and DVD player. Pictures on request.
As for me, I’m 30, I am lawyer and I am sporty (running, body building, biking and swimming). I speak Italian and English.
Price list
Important comments : the stay must be payed only in cash, in €, at your arrival.
For a week stay and more, you have to pay a deposite equivalent to half the price of your stay. The guarantee will be returned at the end of your stay.
Prices do not include meals except breakfast but you can cook. Towels are not supplied.

L’appartamento é situato vicino alla piazza Colonel Fabien (decimo distretto), nella zona di Belleville, quartiere molto cosmopolita, animato e popolare, vicino al famoso Canale Saint Martin (5’ a piedi), vicino a uno dei più bei Parchi di Parigi, il parco des Buttes Chaumont (10’ a piedi) creato per Napoléon III, presso i nuovi luoghi alla moda come per esempio Via Oberkampf (15’ a piedi), Via Saint Maur, Piazza Sainte Marthe (2’ a piedi), …, e a 15’ di metropolitana nel centro di Parigi, dalle Marais, il quartiere gay.
Il piccolo appartamento, situato all’ utimo piano (5e) senza ascensore in un palazzo molto tranquillo, comprendente due camere da letto, di cui la mia, una cucina e una doccia con il gabinetto.
La camera da su una piccola via tranquilla (esposizione Est) comprende un letto per una persona, una grande tavola bassa, due poltrone, una piccola scrivania, la TV con DVD. Fotos a richiesta.
Riguardo a me, ho 30 anni, sono giurista e sportivo (running, muscolazione, VTT et nuoto). Parlo italiano e un po d’inglese.
Tariffe
- Un fine settimana (2 notti) 100 €
- Una settimana (7 notti) 250 €
Osservazioni importanti : pagamento del soggiorno esclusivamente in contanti, in € e al vostro arrivo.
Per i soggiorni di una settimana e più, una cauzione uguale alla metà di prezzo del vostro soggiorno sarà richiedeta al vostro arrivo e sarà restituita alla fine del vostro soggiorno.
I prezzi si intendono senza i pasti, ma la prima colazione é inclusa, possibilità di cucinare. (tovaglioli e guanti non forniti).
Per un soggiorno di pù di un mese o un soggiorno per due persone, consultarmi.
