Il y a 4 couchages maximum, idéal pour un couple avec ou sans enfants de passage à Paris
Une chambre avec un lit double et un séjour avec un futon pliant pouvant accueillir 2 couchages, une cuisine séparée, une salle de douche et un wc séparé
à 5 mn à pied de la place de la Bastille à Paris au pieds du métro Faidherbes-Chaligny (voir sa localisation dans le 11e "rue Titon" sur google maps...)
Le quartier très prisé, typiquement parisien et très animé
l'appartement est calme au 7 ème et dernier étage avec ascenseur sur cour, vue dégagée sur le ciel et plein sud, on y entends les oiseaux et les Mouettes du port de l'Arsenal

1 nuit : 100 euros
1 sem : 500 (71/jour)
2 sem : 900 (64/jour)
3 sem : 1200 (57jour)
1 mois: 1500 (50/jour) pièce d'identité et caution demandée - signature de bail avec état des lieux d'entrée et sortie

English translation
I Rent an 36 m² appartement in Paris, in the very animated district of Bastille. It's in perfect state, luminous, all furnished included dishes, bed and linen.
There is one big bed for two people in the bedroom, and one sofa in the living room that can also be converted in a two people bed.
There is : one bedroom one livingroom one kitchen separated from the living room. one bathroom with a shower one WC close to the entrance
The district is very atractive, with lots of animation. The nearest metro station is Faiderbe Chaligny, but it's also close to several other metro stations useful to visit Paris.
The bastille square is only at a 5 minutes walking distance.
The appartement itself is calm and facing the south, so that plenty of sun comes in, if the weather is fine of course, which is not always the case in Paris!
The conditions are the following
Price:
1 night : 100 euros
1 week : 500 (71/day)
2 weeks : 900 (64/day)
3 weeks : 1200 (57day)
1 month: 1500 (50/day)
You sign a contract with me. We make a check in together.
You leave a deposit. You enjoy your stay.
At the end, we make a check out and if there is no degradation, I give you back the deposit.
