encore un qui est très mal informé , si on parle de la Thailande , c'est que la répression marche, et très efficace , ,
Thuan a ton age tu crois encore au pere noel? La répression? Mais quel répression? L'argent c'est le reméde miracle contre la répression.

La photo est celle d'un pédo-criminelle de 77 ans qui s'est arrété a la mi-mars 2008 pour la QUATRIEME FOIS pour viol sur mineurs. Oui ta a bien lu, c'est la 4eme fois qui se fait arrété en Thailande pour avoir abuser d'un gamin de 8 ans et toi Thuan, tu nous raconte des conneries avec ton histoire de répression.
Il s'est fait arréter une fois en 1997 pour avoir abuser d'un jeune gamin.
Il va se faire encore arréter en 2000 pour avoir abuser de 2 filles de 13 et 14 ans.
Mais combien va-t-il falloir d'arrestation pour le mettre hors d'état de nuire. Tant qu'il aura des sous il pourra corrompre les flics et les juges.....
La 4eme fois aura été celle de trop sous la pression des journalistes et des ONG, la police a du faire son boulot. Elle arrétera 3 autres de ces complices, tous paedophiles qui ont abusés de jeunes enfants:

lenn Richard Allen from the United States, a Finnish man identified only by his first name Hero, and two Britons -- Maurice John Praill and Stephen James Ellison -- were charged with molesting children aged under 15, police said.

BANGKOK, Thailand — Thai police have arrested an elderly British man in the resort town of Pattaya on charges of sexually abusing an eight-year-old boy.
Officials say it is at least the fourth time 77-year-old John Maurice Praill has been taken in on similar charges. Police Col. Khanisorn Yuwawithaya says Praill was arrested at his home in the seaside town while free on bail on a previous charge.
His lawyer, Nitiwat Pattanasarn, says Praill denies the allegations against him.
He says the arrest is his client's third, with charges dropped in one case and a trial under way for the other, in which he pleaded not guilty.
According to the Pattaya Mail newspaper, Praill was arrested in December 1997 for allegedly molesting a young boy, and was fined and released after denying the charge. It reported in March 2000 that he had been arrested on charges of sexually abusing two girls, ages 13 and 14.
Nitiwat said Praill remained in police custody pending further investigation, but that he would request that his client be released on bail.
Pattaya is known for its commercial sex trade catering to foreigners.

Elderly Brit arrested for sexually abusing underage girls
Second offense in under 3 years
70-year-old John Maurice Praill from Great Britain was arrested on March 31st for sexually abusing two girls, aged 13 and 14.
The girls told police that Praill had persuaded them to go to his home on Soi Ko Phai on March 12th. After arriving at his address, the girls said Praill forced them to have sex with him and refused to allow them the leave.
70-year-old John Maurice Praill from Great Britain makes his second appearance in Pattaya Mail, this time for molesting two young girls.
A police search of Praill’s house turned up three tubes of KY jelly, two viagra pills, four soiled cloths and one face cloth with lipstick stains.
Tourist police transferred Praill to the officer on duty at the Pattaya Police Station’s Women and Children’s Rights Office for further investigation and disposition.
This was the second time Praill was arrested for child molesting. In December 1997, Praill appeared in Pattaya Mail after being charged with molesting a young boy, a charge which Praill denied. At that time, he was fined and released.
