SWAP FLAT IN PARIS FOR FLAT IN AMSTERDAM
We are Emilie and Greg, we are in a relationship and we want to swap Emilie’s flat in the center of Paris for a flat anywhere in Europe. We would like stay one week in August.
The flat is a charming and sunny flat of 22m2 located in the center of Paris (11th arrondissement). It's OK for 2 persons.
It is very well situated near La Place de la Bastille and The cemetery of Père-Lachaise.
It is very conveniently located at Nation at the crossing of 6 metro lines (number 1, 2, 6, 8, 9 and RER A).
Whether you take the metro, the bus or the RER, the area is very well covered, so you can go to Champs Elysees avenue in 20 minutes, Montmartre in 30 min by the metro! All famous places of Paris are located less than 30 minutes from here.
The area is known to be very attractive and lively, with restaurants, lots (and lots) of bars, especially in Bastille or Oberkampf areas.
Emilie’s flat is recently renovated and it is well-equipped. There is a fitted kitchen, a dining room (all together) with a double sofa-bed, and a (quite small) bathroom. A WiFi connexion is also available.
The flat is cute with lots of light overlooking a charming and green alley.
Moreover, in the area, you can find many stores such as supermarkets (just in front of the entrance), groceries, bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, florists...
