Hi, I’m planning to head to Morocco in early May on my 1200 RT. I’ll be leaving from Dax to Kenitra—happy to ride together if anyone’s up for it!

Hi, Fred here on an r1250R and my buddy Jean on a Goldwing 1500—we’re also planning a road trip to Morocco around the same dates. Plus, I’m from Moliets and Jean’s from Seignosse, so if you’d like, we can meet up and chat about it. See you soon, Fred.

Hi Fred, Could you tell me which route you're taking and how much time you've planned to get to Algeciras? J.Z

hi there, I don’t think we’ll take too long to cross... 1,200 km in two days is our max, with possibly an extra half-day if needed. After that, we really haven’t decided anything yet—we’ll see.

Hi Fred, I think you’ll stop in Spain to sleep, and I get it—it’s exhausting. I’ve done it once by bike, and it took me 12 hours to reach the ferry.

Hey, I did Pisa to Toulouse to get back last spring but I wouldn’t do it again. Yeah, 2 days is fine for crossing Spain. We travel with all the camping and bivouac gear when possible, and of course a few hotels now and then. If you’d like, we can grab a drink and chat about it when you’re free. Later.

Hi, Unfortunately, I can't do 2 days or 2 and a half days on the road since I'm self-employed and don't have much vacation time—8 to 10 days max. Maybe another time, but I wish you a great trip!

Awesome! Sharing a 1,200 km road trip in one day really makes you want to join in. Good luck finding a partner!

No problem, I prefer taking my time on Morocco’s roads. Everyone at their own pace and no obligations. Feel free to reach out when you’re in Morocco depending on the timing.
