Two weeks in Quebec with a focus on hiking

Hi there, I’m really struggling to plan our two-week trip to Quebec. Our goal is to prioritize hiking for at least a week, but I could really use your help. Which parks should we prioritize? Thanks in advance!
Hi Huguette,
You’ll find hiking spots in every region of Quebec. That’s why I still recommend planning a route for the places you’d like to visit. Then, we’ll probably be able to help you out.
Personally, I love hiking north of Montreal. The Laurentians and Lanaudière regions are packed with trails of varying difficulty levels. Some parks even offer overnight stays.
If you prefer the Quebec City area or Gaspésie, you’ll find beautiful spots there too.
I suggest checking out Quebec hiking groups on Facebook. For example, *Les randonneurs de la rive nord* (North Shore of Montreal): https://www.facebook.com/groups/320781688633583/?ref=share&mibextid=NSMWBT You can also follow the activities of *Retraités sportifs du Québec*: https://www.facebook.com/groups/425266904560076/?ref=share&mibextid=NSMWBT
You’ll even get hike summaries and photos.
Happy planning! 🙂

BAUHAUS 🙂
In Mont-Tremblant park, there are lots of hiking trails, but it’s paid access.
You can download the park map online.
Alternatively, starting from Labelle, you’ve got the Cap 360 and Mont Gorille trails, or in the opposite direction, the Alleluhia trail.
There’s also the linear trail of the Laurentians, but it’s really busy with cyclists.
Hi,
To add to the other answers, here’s the link to Quebec’s National Parks website: https://www.sepaq.com/
There are parks all over, so you’ll definitely find something to satisfy your hiking cravings!! In Charlevoix, Parc des Hautes-Gorges is quite famous, especially for its renowned trail ''L'Acropole des Draveurs'' (which is totally worth it, especially for the stunning view at the top!)
Good luck with your planning!
Just a heads-up—if you're going at the end of October, it can get cold (at night, obviously, but also during the day, especially at ''altitude''!)

Yes, it's even better because you won't risk running into mosquitoes (or much fewer of them).
The landscapes are just as beautiful 🙂
Happy planning
