Je m'étais renseigné et si mes souvenirs sont bons, tu peux expédier (importer) sans frais douaniers jusqu'à 1 KG de médocs "standards"
1 seul quart de gramme d'un produit contenant une substance narcotique, et l'expéditeur, comme (surtout) le destinataire sont susceptibles d'avoir des problèmes.
Quoi qu'il en soit, pour verrouiller l'info, il suffit de passer un coup de fil ou un mail à l'ambassade.
Bof, ca doit passer si ils ne sont pas illicites.
Pour éviter le risque de perte ou de tracasseries douanières, envoie plusieurs paquets, par exemple tous les 3 mois au lieu de mettre tous tes oeuf...
Ca doit être super léger et les frais d'expeditions doivent êtres raisonnables.

En fait je dois envoyé des antibiotiques contre la tuberculose à Mae Hong Son.
L’hôpital local achète les médicaments à BKK à la charge du patient et cela reviens trop cher.
Ici avec ma sécu, les antibiotiques ne me coute pratiquement rien, cette maladie se soigne en 6 mois voir 1 an.
Pendant toute cette période le patient dois prendre tout les jours des antibiotiques. A la longue ça reviens cher....

La tuberculose est assez bien couverte. Par exemple ça fait partie des maladies prises en charge par la Gold card. Les antibiotiques (hors injections) sont en vente libre et assez peu chers. Je trouve ton circuit un peu compliqué et au final peut-être pas franchement rentable. Mais pourquoi pas.
Je suis très étonné que vous mentionnez que "c'est cher" ! J'ai été soigné récemment pour une tuberculose à Udon Thani par l'AEK Udon Thani International Hospital durant 2 mois; les 4 mois supplémentaires de traitement ont été poursuivis en Suisse.
Le coût des médicaments nécessaires (en général le Rifinah) en Thailande est 2 à 3 fois moins élevé qu'en Suisse et il n'y a pas 36 sortes d'antibiotiques pour cette maladie et il s'agissait du même produit dans les deux pays. J'ai la facture de l'hopital thailandais sous les yeux, les médicaments m'ont été facturés 2000.00 baths pour les 2 mois de traitement à Udon. Effectivement le traitement doit être poursuivi chaque jour à raison de plusieurs comprimés en fonction du poids du malade et ceci durant 6 mois s'il n'y a pas de complications dues généralement à l'arrêt anticipé du traitement. La consommation d'alcool étant prohibée ces antibiotiques relativement anciens (l'industrie pharmaceutique n'a pas jugé utile de plancher sur la question, la clientèle étant aujourd'hui principalement dans les pays dits pauvres) et les effets secondaires sur le foie peuvent être importants.
Les pneumologues suisses reconnaissent que les médecins thailandais sont très bien au courant de cette maladie qui existe encore au Siam alors qu'elle est pratiquement éradiquée dans nos pays européens.
A mon avis, votre hopital profite du "ferang" !

Pour info, on trouve ici du paracétamol en flacons de 100 pilules pour moins de 1€ !
La plupart des médocs "ordinaires" sont ici infiniment moins cher que "chez nous" ...
Reste certaines "nouveautés" qu'on ne trouve pas (encore) et qui, seules, valent la peine d'être expédiées ...
(un peu d'argent c'est beaucoup plus efficace)

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.

I have several chronic conditions (including asthma and related ones), and I’m planning to travel for a year across different countries.
Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
I plan to bring my prescriptions with the INN (International Nonproprietary Name), as well as the original packaging (even though it’s a nightmare, but from what I understand, it’s necessary). But I’m not sure if that’s enough...
