Ma requête peut paraître un peu stupide, mais je n'ai pas trouvé de réponse à mes interrogations sur le forum.
Je pars deux semaines en Andalousie au mois de juin prochain, je me réjouis d'avance car cela fait longtemps que j'ai envie de découvrir cette magnifique région.
Nous allons louer une voiture pour toute la durée du séjour, et prévoyons bien évidemment de visiter Séville, Grenade, Cordoue...
Mon souci, c'est que j'ai tendance à être malade en voiture, et je ne supporte absolument pas les routes très montagneuses 😊 (les passages de col sont un vrai calvaire pour moi, même si les paysages sont magnifiques).
Les connaisseurs pourraient me dire quels sont donc les routes (ou sites) à ne pas privilégier sur notre parcours ? J'aimerai beaucoup visiter les fameux "villages blancs' mais ne sont-ils pas haut-perchés ?
Je peux supporter la route de moyenne montagne mais pas plus d'une heure grand maximum (et encore :D), j'espère que ceci n'est pas un trop gros handicap pour découvrir les merveilles andalouses.
Nous souhaiterions aussi nous poser quelques jours (2 ou 3 jours) pour profiter de la mer et de la plage, mais j'aimerai vraiment éviter la côte bétonnée sans charme de Marbella... Où pouvons-nous nous arrêter ?

désolée je ne peux pas trop vous aidez question itinéraire! je peux juste vous suggérer, si vous n'avez pas déjà essayé, les bracelet d'acupuncture: un à chaque poignet, une petite boule en plastique appui sur un point bien précis si le bracelet est placé correctement. J'utilise cela et je trouve que ça marche du tonnerre!

Non pas de probleme en voiture pour la plupart des routes des villages blancs a partir de seville les virages sont espaces et la plupart ne sont pas aussi hauts que ca. Tu te rendra tout de suite compte si tu peux faire les derniers kilometres a partir des routes pricipales et je ne pense pas que cela sera un probleme. Les routes sont tres bonnes auusi dans ce coin la.
Par contre je ne recommenderai pas les routes de la sierra nevada pour une personne malade en voiture les routes sont plus etroites et le manque de barriere cote ravin risquent d'etre un choc pour ton systeme.

Par contre je ne suis plus malade en transport (bus, voiture...) depuis que j'ai toujours avec moi de l'huile essentiele de menthe poivrée !
En mettre quelques gouttes sur un petit mouchoir à renifler pendant les passages difficiles (routes tortueuses). Et ça marche !
Par contre attention, c'est très volatile, ne pas approcher le flacon des yeux sinon ça brule. Et ça sentira bon dans toute la voiture !
les villages blancs sont malheureusement dans la Sierra Nevada, à mi hauteur et la route est, en grande partie, une route de montagne quelques fois étroites!!
Mais on peut s'arrêter dans chaque village et faire une petite ballade à pied, plus casse croute de fromage + jambon sec + petit blanc du pays inoubliable!!
Pour le reste les liaisons entre Cordoue, Séville et Grenade se font par autoroutes , donc large!!

Les villages blancs se situent au sud de seville a cote du Parc National de Grazelema!!! les routes ne sont pas aussi tortueuse et l'a'titude est differente.

Je vais marcher suffisament dans le coin chaque annee pour le savoir. Tous les villages sont blancs dans le coin mais quand les espagnols font rerence a la route des villages blancs il sagit certainement pas de la Sierra mais du sud de seville
Je dirai "avantage" Frenchanglo car lorsque la majorité des gens parlent des "pueblos blancos" ils font effectivement référence à la région comprise entre Ronda et Jimena (en gros).
Mais "service" Droger, car il y a aussi des "pueblos blancos" dans l'Alpujarra granadina (Pampaneira, Bubion, Capileira ...etc).
Et comme c'est l'arbitre qui a toujours raison 😇 je dirai que, pour moi, le plus beau village blanc est celui de FRIGILIANA.
Il ne se trouve ni dans la région de Ronda, ni dans la Sierra Nevada 😛 mais dans les contreforts de la Sierra de TEJEDA, au dessus de Nerja, à 20 kms de chez moi, c'est à dire Almuñecar.

Si j'ai bien compris, il faudrait que j'évite la Sierra Nevada et les villages des Alpujarras... c'est vraiment dommage car c'est un coin qui m'a l'air magnifique :( Fichu mal des transports ! Je tenterais bien quand-même car ça m'ennuie beaucoup de passer à côté de si beaux paysages (et en plus empêcher mon compagnon d'y aller).
J'ai toutes les peines du monde à établir mon circuit, nous partons 17 jours et non seulement je ne me rends pas bien compte des distances, mais j'ai du mal à savoir s'il vaut mieux passer plusieurs jours à un endroit et rayonner, ou disséquer le séjour en plusieurs étapes.
Je prévois bien évidemment quelques jours à Séville, Grenade, Cordoue.
J'aimerai visiter un peu la côte vers Nerja, puis partir du côté de Ronda, et des villages blancs (j'imagine que le mieux est de séjourner dans la province de Cadix, non ?) avant de boucler le séjour à Séville. J'imagine que séjourner à Cadix permet de profiter à la fois des villages blancs, et de découvrir la Costa de La Luz, me trompe-je ?
Autre question : est-ce que le désert de Tabernas présente un réel intérêt ? Je n'ai pas trouvé grand chose au sujet de cet endroit si ce n'est qu'on y trouve un grand parc "d'attraction" - studios cinéma - hyper touristique.
N'hésitez pas à me faire déplacer le sujet si besoin.

Il est certain que la région de l'Alpujarra granadina est trés belle, mais là pour le coup ça tourne !!! et il y a quelques beaux "à pics" 😕
Même les corses finissent par dire que finalement chez eux, en comparaison ils ont des autoroutes 😄
Pour la région des "pueblos blancos", vers Jimena - Ronda, ça tourne aussi... mais, moins, ce n'est pas comme la précédente une authentique route de montagne.
En ce qui concerne la côte, même si je ne suis pas totalement impartial, je t'assure que celà ne vaut la peine qu'entre Nerja et Almuñecar.
Aprés Nerja le bétonnage a fait ses ravages, et au dessus d'Almuñecar c'est pas génial non plus et on arrive vite dans la région des serres.
Et si tu me demande mon avis (pas objectif), je te dirais Almuñecar les yeux fermés 😛
A Nerja, il est fortement conseillé de parler anglais ou une langue slave 😕
Je ne sais pas à quelle période tu viendras (??) mais la Costa de la Luz vaut pour ses plages ... aprés l'arrière pays ... oui... bof ! A l'exception de Cadiz que j'aime bien surtout pour son ambiance, sinon on en fait vite le tour. Mais... il y a une "trotte" de Cadiz aux pueblos blancos.
Par contre, c'est mon opinion, toi qui n'aime pas la voiture, tu peux t'économiser le voyage jusqu'à Tabernas.
C'est une région désertique, il faut aimer la rando à pieds ou en 4x4, et ne pas y aller en été, ou alors on a l'impression de passer sont temps dans un micro-ondes 🤪
Quand au parc d'attraction, il reste quelques "vestiges" des décors des films de western des années 70 (Sergio Leone y a tourné ses succés), mais ce n'est pas Disneyland.
La solution d'un ou deux, voire trois, points fixes est, à mon avis, la bonne solution, ne serait ce que pour ne pas "flipper" avec les bagages et les incessants changements. Mais là aussi, la période à son importance.

PS : lorsque je voyageais avec des gens "malades" en voiture et en bateau, un copain pharmacien me donnait un produit qui s'est avéré trés efficace, car il supprimait ce mal et les personnes n'étaient pas "ensuquées" ... celà s'appelle VIAGGIO... un comprimé par jour suffisait.
Sinon, tu as le vieux remède des anciens marins, celui du bouquet de persil collé sur le nombril ... 😄... il parait que ça marche ... mais jamais essayé 😏

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.

Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.

The suspected origin is contamination in Namibia by jackals.
The contagion seems to be spreading.
Preventive vaccination (of the animals) is being considered.

It’s the bite that transmits the disease.
There are so-called "furious" forms with aggression, but also forms without aggression.
