Ne prenez aucune aspirine sans ordre du medecin et sans etre absolument sur de ne pas etre porteur de cette maladie, car ce medicament provoque la dengue hemoragique fatale dans les 90 % des cas

en cas de symptome de forte grippe ne prennez jamais une aspirine sans savoir si c est vraiment une grippe ou si vous avez la dengue car les symptomes sont exactement les memes, si vous avez la dengue et vous prennez une aspirine le dengue va se transformer dans sa phase la plus dangereuse ou soit la dengue hemmoragique mortelle dans 90 % des cas .
Donc en cas de symptomes de grippe allez chez un medecin ou a un poste medical qui depend d un hopital public, il est necessaire de faire une prise de sang pour deceler cette maladie .

Actuellement a Rio nous avons des milliers de cas de dengue dont plusieurs dengue hémoragique, trois cas fatal dont un enfant de 8 ans la semaine derniere ( la mere lui avait donné des aspirines )
le seul medicament n ayant aucun effet sur le developpement de la dengue et TIRENOL vendu en pharmacie, ce medicament est egalement indiqué pour la grippe mais ne developpe pas une dengue hemoragique en cas d avoir contacté cette maladie .
les symptomes de la dengue sont :
forte cephalées, accompagnée de fortes douleurs dans l ossature, manque d appétit, forte douleur derriere les yeux, etat de forte fatigue generale, forte montée de fievre, ensuite calme total tout disparait pour revenir encore plus fort quelques jours plus tard, marques rouges ou marron sur le corps ( pas toujours ). Difficilement le malade reste debout sans sentir des douleurs dans les jambes et le corps ....
alors la tu as atteint mon point faible ...LE FOIE GRAS !!!! Tu me mets l eau a la bouche !

Après avoir lu une dizaine d'articles sur le net je pense que j'annulerai le voyage (on a du partir le 1 mai).

oui on a un quartier ici a Rio avec une grande incidence de cette maladie provoquée par un moustique mais ceci ne justifiquerai pas l annulation du voyage, l epidemie se localise dans le quartier ouest et non copacaban Ipanema et dans la zone sud de rio

pas de panique, cette maladie n est pas transmitible de personne a personne mais seulement par le moustique .
Franchement il n y a pas besoin de paniquer, vraiment on a des cas de dengue mais situés dans les quartiers ouest de la ville, loin de copacabana et du centre ville .
En cas de contamination par ce genre de moustique les signes sont pratiquement les mêmes que la grippe, il ne faut pas prendre d aspirine mais consulter un medecin afin d etre sur que c est la dengue .
D un autre cote la presse et tv adorent dramatiser ce genre de fait, pour ma part j habite tres pret de la zone a risque ( moins de 7 km ) et rien ne m arrive ..

encore moi! Vous m'avez bien rassuré ce matin, mais dépuis j'ai vu que ils parlent de la dengue sur le site de ministère des affaires étrangères, puis jurnaux (ma mamn a vu un article et dévient hysterique).
De plus je n'ai jamais annulé un vol avant, j'ai pris une assurance, on peut annuler pour des rasions médicales, mais je ne sais pas si cela va être pris en compte.
Ensuite, j'ai vu dans un article que 35% de cas de maladie sont situé à l'ouest d ela ville, mais qu'en -est-il de 65% restant? Y-a-t-il le moyens de se proteger? Conseilleriez vous aussi le vaccin contre la fievre jaune, même si l'on va pas bouger de rio?

La zone Ouesta rio se situe a 55 km de copacabana, pour la zone et quartier de copacabana, ipanema, centre ville etc, aucun cas de dengue dans cette region, la dengue etant dans la zone ouest de la ville, distante des quartiers touristiques ainsi que dans la peripherie de rIO
la protection est simple ou soit, aerosol insecticides que vous trouverez en supere marche ou en pharmacie ... en cas de signe de forte grippe ( le signe de la dengue ) ne prennez aucune aspirine mais allez voir un medecin pour savoir si c est une grippe ou si c est la dengue ...

je cherche des infos parce que mon copain est au lit avec 39, 7 de fievre et tres mal a la tete ( et occupe assez regulierement les toilettes...). sais tu combien de jours d`incubation il y a pour la dengue? nous avons quitte Rio pour aller dans le pantanal le 5 mai et quitte le pantanal pour la bolivie le 10 mai. je ne sais pas quoi faire et ici, a Sucre je ne sais pas s`ils sont tres cales en Dengue. quel est le meilleur moyen pour savoir? une prise de sang? il a pris de l`ibuprofene et un eferalgan, ca va ca?

Je viens de voir ton message et aimerait avoir ton avis. Nous avons prévu un voyage au brésil (Rio, Iguaçu, Amazonie, Sao luis et Salvador) pour le mois d'aout. Nous voulions nous faire vacciner contre la fièvre jaune mais nous venons d'apprendre que des contre indications médicales nous interdisent le vaccin contre la fièvre jaune.
Nous pensons, à grand regret, supprimer l'amazonie de notre voyage. Penses tu que dans les autres zones que nous souhaitons visiter, est-ce risqué pour notre santé ? Ou peut on suivre l'actualité de ces épidémies ?

Pour la fievre jaune il ne faut pas dramatiser non plus, elle est en tres forte regression, pourtant ça ne vaut vraiment pas la peine d annuler l Amazonie ..
Pour le reste des regions c est tout a fait ok ..
Le seul moyen de protection a votre disposition serait des aerosols contre les moustiques donc restez calme pour ce sujet .
La fievre jaune a fortement regressé depuis plusieurs mois deja, aucun risque en consequence ou presque plus ..
Il n y a plus aucune nouvelles de cette epidemie .

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.

Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
