Has anyone done the Atlantic cycling route crossing Norway (EuroVelo 1)? Which direction is the hardest? From NORTH to SOUTH or the other way around?

Hi there, who has already done the EURO VELO 1 in Norway from the south to the North Cape, and what are the main difficulties: elevation gain, etc....... Otherwise, who has already done the EURO VELO 7 from south to north, crossing Sweden up to the North Cape? If so, what are the difficulties, elevation gain, and does it pass through villages for supplies, etc.......

Hi there, I’m planning the route to cycle from Lille to Nordkapp with my partner. Duration: 3 months, from May 1st to July 31st, 2026. In the attached details below, I need to add some "non-riding" days (rest days, basically). So I’m looking to "shorten" the trip by taking ferries or trains for some stretches. Hi there, I want to film my bike trip from Lille all the way to Norway. Any tips on how to mount my GoPro, other than on my helmet or a selfie stick? I was thinking about the handlebars, but my bag might block the view. I’m open to all ideas—thanks a bunch and have a great evening!
