I'M PLANNING TO GO TO CORSICA IN 2027, EITHER IN JUNE OR MAYBE SEPTEMBER (haven't decided yet). I'd like to know which is the most cost-effective way to get there from La Rochelle: by plane or by boat? Once there, I'd rent a basic car (though I don’t know which agency yet). I plan to do the 10-day *Mare a Mare* hike.
