Hi there,
In November-December, we’re planning a 6-week road trip in Morocco, spending two-thirds of the time south of the High Atlas and away from cities. We’ll be staying in gîtes, kasbahs, riads, and the like—no big hotels. Usually, we stay 1–2 nights in the same place.
Six weeks means we’ll need to do laundry at some point, so here’s our question: Can we generally count on finding a washing machine/dryer in these accommodations? Or should we look for a laundromat or *lavandería* (are there any?)?
Worst case, we’ll hand-wash with a tube of detergent, but we’d rather avoid that if possible…
If you’ve got experience with how laundry works in the area, we’d love your tips!
Thanks everyone! !

Hi, I’d like to know where we can buy beer or wine in Chefchaouen and around Merzouga. We’ll be doing a circuit and staying at the Parador Hotel in Chefchaouen and in a bivouac in Merzouga.
Thanks for any info you can share!
Hi, could you help me translate this or explain the conversation, please?

Hi there,
I’m struggling to organize this move from my storage unit near Avignon in France to my future address in Essaouira, especially since I’ve already booked my flight with checked baggage. I’d like to ship the rest of my furniture and personal items as soon as I find an unfurnished rental.
Thanks for your advice!
I seem to remember that the earthquake was located around there. Is the road from Marrakech to Taroudant via Tizi n'Test in good condition?
hi there
same old question when you arrive in MOROCCO
where’s the best place to exchange euros for Moroccan dirhams at the best rate?
thanks.
Hi, what TV options are there in Morocco? How much is a package with internet and phone? Is it possible to watch other UK or French channels?
Hello,
I’m looking for a retailer that carries the Morocco maps by Huber Kartographie, from the *marokko-erfahren* collection at 1/120,000 scale.
I’ve found most of them at Le Vieux Campeur and La Compagnie des Cartes, but I’m missing the following sheets: J13 / N10 / 012, and neither of these retailers can supply them. Online, I only ever find the maps I already own, not these specific numbers.
Could any of you point me in the right direction? Or maybe recommend another collection? Even with a GPS, I always prefer paper maps—they’re so much more "expressive."
Thanks!
Dominique
