Travel companion for Algeria - 1 week - dates to be determined
Hi there, I’m looking for a travel companion (male or female) for a trip to Algeria, including a few days in Kabylie. Preferably someone of Algerian origin or nationality, aged between 50 and 60. It would be for about a week—we can decide on the dates together. Feel free to DM me.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Norma from Paris

Travel companion for Algeria in October-November 2026
Hello, I’m heading to Algeria from October 27 to November 16, 2026. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s been through the process about the accommodation attestation required for the visa application: - Does it need to cover the entire duration of the trip? - Is this document mandatory for a hotel owner to rent a room? - Is it checked during an inspection? - Is a hotel booking (via Booking.com or similar) sufficient to obtain the visa? - If so, does it need to be paid in advance?

I plan to visit several cities and do one or more treks with a guide or agency. I’d appreciate any contacts you could recommend.

Lastly, I’d love to share this trip with a companion (male or female) who’s already done some traveling. Of course, we’d organize the journey together.

Thanks for your feedback! Safe travels to all, Dom, Dijon, 64 years old

Trip proposal to the Red Tadrart in the Algerian desert late November/early December
Hi everyone, I’m looking to put together a small group to explore the Red Tadrart in the Tassili n’Ajjer desert from November 28 to December 7, 2025 (dates flexible depending on participants’ availability). The idea is to experience this adventure together and benefit from group discounts. => Around 1000 € per person for a group of 5 => Less if the group is larger. This won’t be my first trip to the area, so you can trust me when I say you’re in for an incredible experience. Highlights: endless red dunes, natural arches, ancient rock carvings, and camping under the stars. For flight tickets, we can coordinate to optimize schedules and costs based on where everyone’s traveling from. If you’re keen to discover the Sahara in a different way, or if you’d like more details, feel free to reach out. Sarah

Trek proposal in Djanet to discover Sefar - Tassili
🌵 Fancy some desert vibes, simple and authentic experiences?

We’re a group of 3 friends who love wide-open spaces, and we’re putting together a small group (max 10 people – 5 spots left!) for a trek in Djanet.

🌄 No mass tourism here. Just dunes, silence, laughter around the fire, and a human adventure that feels good. If you’re feeling the call of the South, maybe it’s time to answer 😉

Trek in Djanet – Sefar Discover Sefar – The ancient lost city in the heart of the Tassili n’Ajjer: bivouacs, rock paintings, dunes, and magical Saharan vibes 💛

🎫 The flight ticket from Algiers to Djanet is included. 📅 From November 15th to 22nd ✈️ You just need to arrange the Paris to Algiers flight.

🎒 Recommended gear: - Good hiking shoes (around 15 km per day) - Sleeping bag - Water bottle + Aquatabs tablets for water

🚿 Note: no showers during the trek and outdoor toilets. 📵 And most importantly, no network – total disconnection from the world.
