Budget

Bhutan requires visitors to spend a minimum daily amount through their approved agency handling the stay. This is $200 in the low season (January–February, June, July, August, and December) or $250 in the high season (the rest of the year). This amount includes 3-star hotel accommodation, meals, a guide and driver, entry to certain sites, local taxes, and the tourism fee.
