Sea Temperature Throughout the Year
Logically, it’s the northernmost coastline (Sydney) that offers the best swimming opportunities in terms of water temperature, though even during the Australian winter, it remains quite chilly. Conversely, the southern coast (Melbourne) stays much colder, with water never exceeding 20°C regardless of the season.
