For French Citizens

A passport valid for at least 6 months after the planned departure date, a return or onward ticket, and a yellow fever vaccination certificate are required to enter Burkina Faso. Additionally, a visa allowing a maximum stay of 90 days is needed, which can be obtained either before departure (70 € for a single entry or 90 € for multiple entries) or upon arrival at Ouagadougou Airport for a higher fee and (sometimes) a slightly more "complicated" process.
