For stays of less than 90 days, no visa is required. While the national identity card (CNI) was not accepted for entry into the country until 2018, this is no longer the case, and you can now visit Kosovo with just your ID card.

Crossing To/From Serbia
Since Serbia does not recognize Kosovo, crossing between the two countries (from Kosovo to Serbia) can sometimes be impossible depending on the "mood" of Serbian authorities, especially if you have a Kosovar stamp in your passport. Therefore, it is advisable to also have an identity card that allows entry into Serbia (or choose a crossing point in another country).
