A passport valid for at least 6 months after the planned return date and a visa are required to enter the country. The visa can be obtained either from Zimbabwean representations abroad, online via the approved site, or on arrival. It allows for single or multiple entries, a maximum stay of 90 days, and must be used within 3 months.

Zambia/Zimbabwe Visa
Discontinued at the end of 2015 and reinstated a year later, this visa is available to nationals of 40 countries, including France, and allows travel between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is obtained on arrival at the capital airports and at air and land entry points around Victoria Falls. Priced at $50 (payable in cash), it is valid for 30 days and allows unlimited travel between the two countries.
