Closed Borders

Borders with Syria and Iraq are closed to foreigners. As for Saudi Arabia, since it does not allow tourism (only business, pilgrimage, and family visit visas are available), the question of crossing does not arise.

To/From Israel and Palestine

There are three crossing points between Jordan and Israel/Palestine: one in the north (near Beit Shean), one in the center (Allenby/King Hussein Bridge near Jericho), and one in the south (near Eilat). They can take time due to entry requirements and security checks. Additionally, Israeli border posts may sometimes have unusual hours or close without notice.
