Like other countries in the far west of Africa, Burkina Faso is on UTC year-round. This means there are two hours less than in France in summer, and one hour less in winter. Note, however, that neighbouring Benin and Niger are not on the same time zone as Burkina Faso (UTC+1), so there is a one-hour difference between them.
