About 200 kilometres northwest of Kathmandu, Pokhara is Nepal’s third-largest city and a popular tourist destination thanks to its location and stunning surroundings. It’s an excellent starting point for treks in the Annapurna region, as well as for rafting, boating on the many lakes, or exploring the numerous nearby caves.
