Between the annexation of Crimea and the Donbass conflict, the situation in Ukraine is far from straightforward. While the former remains relatively peaceful despite the "disagreement," the same cannot be said for the east of the country, where thousands of deaths have been recorded on both sides since 2014. As a result, the entire area near the front lines is strictly off-limits.
