Getting to the East Coast of Spain
Location Map of Spain's East Coast

With Valencia, Alicante, and Murcia, this stretch of coast has three airports. While Valencia’s airport (serving Spain’s third-largest city) receives its share of regular European flights, overall traffic remains largely seasonal or dominated by low-cost carriers (Vueling, Ryanair, easyJet, etc.). From an air-travel perspective, it’s worth noting that Spain’s four busiest airports (Madrid, Barcelona, Palma, and Málaga) surround the Valencia/Murcia region and can, at a push, serve as alternative entry points—bringing you almost directly to the area by air.
