Hiking on Foot

While not necessarily an exceptional destination for treks, the Czech Republic still offers some beautiful walks in the countryside, but especially in the mountainous parts of the country. You can hike in several parks (Bohemian Switzerland, Šumava...), the Giant Mountains or the Jizera Mountains, the Bohemian Paradise or even the Moravian Karst in the Brno region. Most of these places also offer plenty of other outdoor activities (skiing, climbing, canoeing, caving...).

Cycling

The country offers plenty of opportunities for cyclotourism enthusiasts of all levels. There are various predefined multi-day routes, such as the one linking Vienna to Brno, the Greenway from Prague to Vienna, and those along the Ohře, Elbe, or the Baťa Canal. Others are thematic, like the Moravian Wine Route or routes exploring the castles of Bohemia. Overall, these circuits are fairly easy, including for families. For something more "sporty," head to the Sudetes massif (Rychlebské or Jizera Mountains) for mountain biking.
