SCANDALOUS experience. I was manipulated and deceived by the Europcar agent.

I clearly stated that I didn’t understand the language of the contract. Despite this, he made me sign it while assuring me that the amount requested was a DEPOSIT / SECURITY.

Result: nearly 650 € debited.

I would NEVER have signed if I’d been told the truth.

Today, they’re trying to pass it off as a simple billing issue. NO. The problem is that I was made to sign based on false information.

I consider this practice deeply dishonest, and I strongly advise against using Europcar.

Hi What were the 650 € for, actually? Not a deposit. You should get the contract when you book from home. If I don’t understand it, I photograph it with Google Lens and turn on the translation.
