June 2026 Theme Thread: Such a Beautiful Landscape (page 3 of 8)

Okay, everything’s clearer now.... By the way, I’m ruling out the audiovisual landscape. 🤪

Here are a few photos of landscapes from my province, Chumphon (if you’re tired of seeing it, just let me know... 😎). This is a district where they grow robusta coffee—you can admire it as far as the eye can see, nestled among coconut groves, oil palms, rubber trees, and durian.

Hello,

After the mussels, "Landscapes of Corsica"...

Hi Jean-Michel

I don’t remember running into you before in the photo contests. Am I wrong? Anyway, it’s cool that some new folks (you and Pagal) are joining in 😉

Hi Kate,

I think I’ve posted here once before—or maybe it was on the other forum. It was kind of by chance... I’m not a great photographer, and I lost most of my photos on a hard drive! I wanted to give it a try, and the first photo I tried to upload—a Nepalese high-mountain landscape—didn’t work... some size issue! Since I don’t know how to resize, instead of giving up, I just grabbed one from somewhere else 😅 Even if landscapes aren’t your specialty, I’m sure you’ll find one for us! Hope so!

Come on, let's leave it at that. I’ve already addressed your objections in my previous messages—they haven’t changed. Let’s refocus on the theme "Such a Beautiful (NATURAL) Landscape" 😄

One last question: Are natural landscapes accepted if there are hot-air balloons in front? 😏

P.S.: I don’t have a camera. I just use my phone.

Honestly, I don’t have much up my sleeve—I’m terrible at landscape photography...

You clearly prefer close-ups over wide shots, details over the big picture. And people over nature.

So this kind of theme isn’t really your strong suit.

Still, if you look back at your Balinese travel journal, you’ll find a few photos that might fit the theme. 😉

Landscapes of El Hierro

Hello,

Are these beautiful landscapes in Krabi Province, or am I mistaken?

El Hierro

Honestly, I love it 😉 :)

Hey Philippe,

The first photo was taken near Cheow Lan Lake. The second and third ones are indeed landscapes from Krabi province. 😉

It's a landscape in motion since the cliff regularly collapses...🤪

A few views from Santo Antão (Cape Verde)

Hey everyone,

Definitely true that some photos can fit multiple themes! 😄

Still Switzerland:

We’re crossing the border heading to the Dolomites!

Change of scenery: southern Namibia.
