October 2026 Photo Contest: "Stay Covered"! (page 3 of 4)

Hi there

Here’s my vote: 🙂🙂🙂 Ragamuffin #1 🙂🙂 Maevita #1 🙂 Unamilanes #1

Here’s my vote, which I’m submitting with difficulty since I just broke my right wrist 😕:

🙂🙂🙂 Ragamuffin 1, father and son, Vietnam 🙂🙂 Attila 1, Morocco 🙂 xrctn 3, car in Uzbekistan

I think Isabelle’s lion is stunning, but in my opinion, the chosen photos fit the theme better, even if it’s hot 😎.

Time for the (tough) choices... and my podium!

1 Ragamuffin ph 3 : 3 pts: A simple and spontaneous scene, perfect for the theme and a beautiful palette of hues that catches the eye—well seen and well captured! 2 Maevita ph 3: 2 pts: Original with this—it’s "stay covered" at work! 3 UnaMilanese ph 2: 1 pt: Here, it’s *really* "stay covered"... at the beach! Great alignment and perspective, with a pleasing blue dominance.

Could’ve been on my podium (if there were more spots): Attila 2 (exotic scene with the best reflections), Xrctn 3 (original "stay covered" for cars too)...

Hello,

Hi,

You voted twice for Ragamuffin’s photo 1. Could you fix that? Thanks! 🙂

have a great day

Good evening

My vote

3 points for photo No. 3 by Envallis, bougainvillea in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Hi Raga,

I think the photo showing a bougainvillea is number 2. Can you change it? 😉

Hello

Xrctn 2 Australia 😎😎😎 RAgamuffin 1 Vietnam 🙂🙂 Unamilanese 2 Liguria 🙂🙂

I guess Unamilanese only has one point?

Good evening

My vote

3 points for photo No. 3 by Envallis, bougainvillea in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Hi Raga,

I think the photo of the bougainvillea is actually No. 2. Could you update it? 😉

I didn’t submit a No. 3 😏😏

Hello

Xrctn 2 Australia 😎😎😎 RAgamuffin 1 Vietnam 🙂🙂 Unamilanese 2 Liguria 🙂🙂

I guess UnaMilanese only has one point?

Yep, that’s right. Well, it won’t change much about the current landslide anyway 😛

My October votes: 3 points for UnaMilanese’s photo 2 (the blue parasols) 2 points for Envallis’s photo 2 (bougainvillea) 1 point for Maevita’s photo 3 (parasol in scaffolding) JULIE

3 pts for Jemaflor_1, Pink October in China. 2 pts for Ragamuffin_1, the proper use of a helmet—something not everyone manages (see drawing). 1 pt for Envallis_1. In Tanzania, elephants carry acacia trees with them as they move. Thanks to Megapixel for the animation! 🙂

Look at this beautiful thing So full of grace It's her, the girl Who comes and goes In a sweet sway ♫♫ ♪♪♪

I just watched the slideshow. It's so hard to choose! I really love Raga's photo 1, but I've already seen it in another contest or somewhere else—I can't remember... Anyway, for me, it fits the theme perfectly. I also like her photo 3, colorful and bright. As well as UnaMilanese's delicate lace, Envalis's elephants, xrctn's green melons with the matching parasol, Jemaflor's photo 3—classic but it really makes me travel—and Maevita's photo 3, which is pretty fun... There are others too, nice but they don’t move me as much.

Alright, here I go!

Envallis, photo 1, 3 points. Africa just as I imagine it! A very well-composed photo.

Ragamuffin, photo 1, 2 points For the reasons mentioned above, for the tenderness of the gesture.

xrctn, photo 1, 1 point For the relevance of the colors. Did the young boy do it on purpose?

And a thousand thanks to Megapixel for their precious help :)

Hi everyone,

Here’s my vote:

Photo 2 by Maevita – 3 points Photo 1 by Envallis – 2 points Photo 2 by Attila – 1 point.

I really liked Photo 3 by Megapixel, Photos 1 and 2 by Ragamuffin, Photo 1 by Rouquine, Photo 3 by Maevita, and Photo 3 by Jemaflor.

My votes.

Envallis photo 1 – 3 points Rouquine 38 photo 1 – 2 points Unaminalese photo 2 – 1 point

The suspense is over! In collaboration with Kate, the organizer of the October 2026 "Stay Covered" contest, here are the results. 😏 .

Thanks again, Julie 🙂

A great podium to mark the end of the contest! Raga, the floor is yours 😉
