Thanks to those who voted for my photo, and congrats to @Xrctn and @Kate for making it to the podium.

I can’t say the vibe was great this month. To be honest, I really don’t feel like running the contest this time. For one, I won’t be very available, but the main reason is I don’t want to deal with conflicts or drama—I’m past that stage. I’m not saying @Pagaljavab’s complaint wasn’t justified, but everything that followed really put me off, and it’s made me want to step back from all this for a while. Sorry about that, so I’ll leave it to @Xrctn to organize October’s contest if they’re up for it.

For the rest, I pretty much agree with you and understand your position.

Hello, I was *so* happy to finish in second place and thus avoid organizing the next contest—for exactly the same reasons Philippe mentioned, including the age thing!!! On top of that, I’m currently traveling around Europe and won’t be home until mid-October.

So I’d like to pass the baton to Kate—or, if she’s not up for it, to Raga to take us on that cat theme she’s so passionate about. Kate, what do you think?
