Hi Michel.
Without being chauvinistic (well, a little maybe?), your photo of Lac Blanc is just stunning!!!
This spot is absolutely overrun in season, especially since it’s only 30 minutes from a chairlift.
Otherwise, it’s a 4-hour hike with 1,100m of elevation gain (including a few ladders...) from the Col des Grands Montets.
I agree with you, Bruno—it’s a truly gorgeous photo 😊
Anyway, I think I’ll take the cable car and sleep at the refuge to catch the beautiful morning light without too many people ๐

Angkor Wat—definitely a classic, but a must-see.
Before sunrise, we weren’t alone, but you can’t tell 😄

Angkor Wat, indeed—a classic but a must-see.

That said, you can’t even see the site in your photo
Okay, I’m out

Already some really great entries, both in the contest and in this thread 😇
Thanks 😊
Kate, your photo 3 is stunning—the choice is going to be so tough this month 🤯
In the same style, the Vessel in New York

Good evening Bruno,
Thanks!
I took the cable car up there at the end of the day (after the trip from the Champagne plains) with my grandson about ten years ago. There were *so* many people on the trail going the other way! The next day, absolute calm to admire the panorama before hiking back down to the valley via the Lac des Chรฉzerys.
Mont Blanc seen the evening before. I previously posted a photo of La Verte.

The reflection is so precise that you could think you copy-pasted the top part upside down and split the image in two ๐ฎ

No, Kate, if you look closely, there are ripples in the water ;)
And come on, it’s way too easy to just copy-paste 🤭

I get the feeling a tourist hub was created out of nowhere in Valencia to attract visitors and divert the flow from its Catalan neighbor. The opening took place six years after the 1992 Olympics. Coincidence?
I find the architecture of the Prince Felipe Science Museum particularly aggressive.

I don’t know, Michel, but I do know that Calatrava is the main architect.
I really like his different works—they’re super fun to photograph 😊

Oh! That’s so cool! You should leave him a little drink—he’ll come back, and you can take some reflection photos ๐

No, I’m not trying to ๐, wildlife photography is so demanding
