Your travel journal really makes me want to go on a getaway there! 😊

I struggle to promote a destination I’m not politically aligned with (and at the very least, Turkey can be problematic if you listen to its people).

Still, you have to visit this country for the beauty and diversity of its sites, but most of all for the kindness and hospitality of the Turks.

Man, if I were like you, there wouldn’t be much left for me to promote! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks Bruno for this travel journal. It’s not Jordan, but I’m glad to see you were able to enjoy your unexpected trip. I’ve never tried using AI to plan a trip—it’s great to have your feedback!

Thanks, Pascale, for stopping by!

I make the most of every trip, planned or not—there’s always something great to take away from discovering other countries and cultures.

For seasoned travelers like us here, AI doesn’t really add much, except maybe doing what it was designed for: thinking for us, without taking away our free will—which, in itself, isn’t bad at all!

In the end, not so disappointed to have missed that hot-air balloon ride after all... You could’ve had an in-flight collision!😱

A bit off-topic, but since you mentioned AI... For years, I’d been searching for a newspaper clipping to get the results of a sports competition I took part in back in 1967. Since I couldn’t remember the exact month or day, I never got any answers. I recently asked AI, and it gave me the exact day and location of the competition. All I had to do then was email the newspaper to get all the results!!
