No international flights to Burma until October

Hi, my dad lives in Burma. He’s married to a Burmese woman there, but the marriage isn’t recognized in France, and they have a little girl too (please don’t judge). The issue is, he had to return to France for a personal problem in February, and then COVID-19 hit, so he ended up stuck in France, leaving his wife and daughter alone in Burma. Not much to do—all international flights are banned until the end of August for now, and no flights to Asia in general, except for some cases in Thailand, etc.... Borders are also closed, and no visas are being issued. He’ll have to wait a few more weeks to return to Myanmar and keep an eye on updates from the French Embassy in Yangon.
