I assume you're looking for a year-long rental? For a villa, you’ll have plenty of options in residential neighborhoods like "L'Oasis", CIL, Anfa, etc. Then, depending on the size of the villa (usually over 150m² with a large Moroccan-style living room, high ceilings, a garden, etc.), the location, the neighborhood’s reputation, and proximity to the sea or a noisy road, prices can vary threefold, starting at 10,000–12,000 MAD (around 900–1,100 €). Casablanca, the economic capital, is the most expensive city in Morocco for housing. Expatriates (often French) typically arrive with 3-year contracts, and their companies often cover rent, their kids’ school fees, etc., which drives up prices. To find your villa from afar, check some websites (lots of listings for Marrakech and Agadir, but fewer for Casablanca). Or, once you're there, look at real estate agency ads, neighborhood shops (grocery stores, supermarkets), and talk to villa caretakers—they’re often well-informed! Good luck!
