Asia (India, Philippines, Thailand) in mid-December 2024 for 3 weeks to a month

Hi there, I’m planning a trip to Asia starting in mid-December for 3 weeks to a month, with a preference for India, which I know well. But I’m also open to the Philippines, Thailand, Nepal... or even a completely different region like New Zealand or Australia. I travel backpacking, on a small budget, using local buses and trains, tuk-tuks, and renting scooters to reach villages and the countryside.
