Engineering internship in an African country

Hello, As part of my engineering degree, I need to complete a three-month internship abroad. I’d prefer to do it in an English-speaking African country, though I’m also open to French-speaking ones. Below is a non-exhaustive list of countries I’m currently considering. I should mention that I’m African myself—I’m from the Central African Republic and I’m studying in France. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the best country to choose based on criteria like safety, infrastructure, and hospitality. Which countries would you recommend, friends? Hi, Ghana, where English is widely spoken, and Senegal, a French-speaking country with a strong English influence, are often cited as the most stable and safe countries in West Africa. South Africa is a developed country with a dynamic economy, but its capital is known for daily violence, although other cities are generally safer.
