There are tons of associations and individual initiatives carrying out various aid projects in Senegal. But there isn’t really a "community" as such. Try searching for keywords like "Senegal + volunteering" or "humanitarian aid" on this site’s search engine—you’ll find loads of discussions on the topic.

I did see that there are a lot of initiatives out there. I’ll be reaching out to some organizations. I recently opened a vocational training school over there, and the goal is to offer scholarships to those who need them most. I’ll try to check out a few of the associations. Thanks
