Feedback on a car rental company in Porto

Hi, I’m planning to rent a car at Porto Airport in mid-November. I’ve spotted "Holyday Autos" and "Surprice Empowering Mobility"—they have decent rates, but given the rental issues in Portugal, I’d love to hear from people who’ve rented from them. Thanks in advance for your replies!

I can’t give you any feedback on the rental companies you’re asking about. As for Portugal, I rented directly from CAEL’s website and everything went smoothly.

I think it's mainly the small independent rental companies you should avoid.

The big companies have to maintain their reputation, so they avoid shady practices too much ;)

I go to Portugal fairly regularly, and for years I’ve rented from Drive On Holidays. I’ve always had TOP service with them. They’re on all the usual sites (Auto Europe, etc.), and on top of that, their prices and excess fees are reasonable.
