French-language food and history tour in New Orleans

We're planning a trip through Louisiana and would love to do a food and history tour led by a guide—but I’m only finding options in English. Do any of you have recommendations for an experience where the guide spoke French and the food was good? Thanks for your help

The "Le Monde Créole" association has a great reputation and offers tours in French: https://www.mondecreole.com/ By the way, I highly recommend exploring the French Quarter with a French-speaking guide—it was amazing. If possible, do this before visiting Laura Plantation (tours available in French) because during the tour, they go over the history of its owners, which makes the plantation visit even more meaningful afterward.

In Lafayette, the restaurant at the Vermilionville eco-museum is really good. While I’m at it, about Vermilionville—I should mention that the museum visit is absolutely worth it, but the bayou walk next to the museum is pretty disappointing.
