Your request is so vague... What does "elsewhere" mean to you? What ideas do you have about a "humanitarian mission"? What does "helping elsewhere" mean to you? What do you know about the reality on the ground? And so on...

There are plenty of tips on this forum (and elsewhere). Maybe start by looking through them, beginning with the first two discussions at the top of the page. That might inspire more specific questions for you.
