Gas Stations in Chile

Hi there,

I’m sharing a link to the online site for all gas stations in Chile.

It can be really useful because it shows not only their locations but also the current prices per liter. The site is run by Chile’s National Energy Commission.

https://www.bencinaenlinea.cl/

This info is especially important for those traveling through remote and isolated areas like the high plateaus of the far north, the Austral Highway, Patagonia, and Tierra del Fuego.

Have a great trip and stay safe out there!

Well, after that, the gas pumps are clearly marked...

Well, the gas stations are clearly marked after all...

Given the region, it’s a bit confusing. The sign could maybe also indicate the presence of a petroglyph area.

Hi there,

Are gas stations open all day on September 18th, please? We’ll be returning the car at Calama Airport on the morning of the 19th after coming back from San Pedro. Thanks, Odile

Hi there,

On September 18th, everything runs at a slower pace in Chile!

I’d recommend filling up on September 17th and asking the gas station directly if they’ll be open on the national holiday—or if there’s any risk of a fuel shortage that day.

Good luck!
