Hi! A passport isn’t required for either the CCAM or the birth registration. You can just get your passport when you apply for the visa.

Hello, you can’t submit it at the embassy, since you’re not the one applying for the CCAM. Your fiancé will need to either submit it in person when he’s in the country or send it by mail.

I was supposed to have my interview next week, but on Friday I got an email from the embassy saying my meet-up was canceled because they still haven’t received the report from my fiancé’s interview. They also said I have to wait for their authorization to book a new meet-up. Yet, it’s been over a month since my fiancé had his interview at his town hall, and I still don’t know why the report hasn’t been received by the embassy. I’m not sure what to do right now. Thanks!
