There’s a company called Colis Expat (https://www.colisexpat.com/). You buy your item from any website, send the package to Colis Expat’s address, and they handle shipping it to New Caledonia. All the details are on their site. That said, I’m not entirely sure—you might need to be a resident of New Caledonia to use this service.
