French-speaking guide in Varanasi

Just back from a 3-week trip in northern India, we spent 2 days in Varanasi. Since this city is so unique, to get a deeper look inside and better understand the spirituality that emanates from it, we hired a young French-speaking guide, Rakesh, who was recommended by our driver. Rakesh knows his city really well—he showed us places we never would’ve found on our own, all in perfect French. Thanks to him, we learned so much; he’s truly fascinating and very attentive.
