Visiting El Kala (Algeria)?

Just my personal opinion!! I’d say that, apart from the bridges—and even then—the city doesn’t have any more (or less) interest than other big cities: Generic buildings from the colonial era, guaranteed traffic jams... The bridges?? To me, the distance to El Kala really isn’t worth the trip.
