Is the airport in Guadeloupe "Pointe-à-Pitre Maryse Condé" and "Aéroport Pôle Caraïbes" the same?

Because on my Air France ticket, it now says "Pointe-à-Pitre Guadeloupe Airport - Maryse Condé PTP."
