Having trouble with the India visa application form

We're leaving on January 28th for a trip around Rajasthan. I'm trying to fill out the online form to get our visa, but when I reach the 3rd page and hit submit to move to the next one, everything gets erased and I can't continue. I've tried from multiple computers, our iPhones, and different browsers—nothing works. Has anyone else run into this issue? Thanks

Instead of trying to go to page 4 (by clicking "save and continue"), click "save and temporarily exit" after jotting down the temporary ID number. If your entry is saved, you’ll then be able to resume and carry on ...
