One-way ticket to Madagascar

Ricofclmada5 · 2025-01-12

Hi there,

My wife is from Madagascar (we currently live in France), and she wants to move back permanently. Can we buy a one-way ticket for her flight?

Looking forward to your reply, Eric

Hi there, Are you sure it’s actually cheaper financially to buy a one-way ticket instead of a round-trip? For a lot of airlines, it’s not. Otherwise, there’s absolutely no problem buying a one-way ticket—just make sure to specify it when you purchase. Does your wife have a Malagasy passport?

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. It’s a bit more interesting to buy a one-way ticket, and my wife and child do have Malagasy passports. Have a good evening!

Hi, whether you're a permanent foreign resident or a Malagasy national, you can buy just a one-way ticket.
