Transfer to San Francisco Airport with Booking: your opinions?

I booked my hotel on Booking (not a fan, but it was a particularly good deal) and Booking is offering me a bunch of extra services, including a private airport-to-hotel transfer for 41 €, which seems like a good deal based on my research for this kind of service.

Have any of you tried this kind of service offered by Booking? Any feedback would be great!

I did this once with Booking for a private transfer. Never again. I now look elsewhere for a private car service or a taxi at the airport. At SFO, you really need to watch out for fake taxis without proper plates. They’re everywhere.

Hi, Personally, I often book a taxi through Booking and have never had any issues. Plus, it's flexible—you can change the day and time if needed. If there's a problem like no taxi due to their side, Booking refunds without any hassle.

Not on time at the agreed spot. Total nightmare.

I also saw that you can book a ride in advance with Uber. Is that reliable for a pre-order?

Is the hotel near a BART station? If so, that's the simplest and most budget-friendly option
