Hi there, I’ll be flying back to Bishkek at the end of March to pick up my vehicle, which carried me from France to Kyrgyzstan. I’m anticipating some customs issues (a document issued by Russia authorizing my travel wasn’t returned to me by Kyrgyz customs when I came back from Tajikistan), so I’m looking for info and any French speakers who might be able to help.
