Visiting Zion, Arches, and Bryce Canyon without being a big hiker

Hi! We’re planning a trip to the United States, specifically to the big parks like Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Arches. We’re wondering if it’s still worth visiting even if we’re not big hikers... Do you think we’ll still enjoy it? Thanks so much!

Hello, I can't speak for Arches, but yes, it's definitely possible and worthwhile for the other two parks even if you're not a big hiker. There are hikes, but also "walks," as well as shuttles (especially in Zion) for the must-see viewpoints and spots. There are also ranger-led activities (ask at the visitor center when you arrive—Bryce’s are awesome). So you don’t need to be a big hiker to enjoy them.

Good evening, I confirm there’s no problem even for Arches. All the "iconic and photogenic" spots are easily accessible. There are walks for all levels since not all Americans are big hikers either!

Hello, We weren’t experienced hikers either, and the memories are still vivid. Don’t feel self-conscious about it. Whether it’s ARCHES, BRYCE, or ZION, you don’t need to be a seasoned hiker. The sites are so stunning that’s enough on its own... You can also take short walks just to "soak in" the places. When you’re at ARCHES, don’t hesitate to head to CANYON LANDS and DEAD HORSE POINT... Again, you don’t need to "scramble" around... ENJOY....
